I have been lifting weights and doing other tolerable exercises (since I am limited to what I can do while my foot heals) and eating better (for a long time now) and have lost almost 15 pounds in the past couple months, even despite being dibilitated since June 9. But I can walk now, at least.
Last time I weighed myself was a about a month ago and I was 122. I now Feel comfortable wearing a belly shirt, but am still not 100% comfortable with my thighs. And from not walking for two weeks on my right leg, that calf shriveled and the other got beefed up. It was hilarious to have a circumference difference of 1.25 inches in my calves! You can't see them in this photo, though.
EDIT: I got weighed today, I'm 118!!
